Wildlife Artist Ian van Zyl

Ian was born in Kimberley, South Africa and was raised on the family farms in the district. He started drawing and painting at an early age, inspired by the immense open spaces and wild animals that were part of his daily life. After completing his school education at Grey College with Art as a subject he furthered his studies at the Johannesburg School of Art and is now an accomplished and sought after fine artist. The Zebra

The Zebra is a member of the horse family. They are best known for their distinctive white and black stripes which come in different patterns unique to each individual.

The Kudu

The Kudu is a woodland antelope found throughout eastern and southern Africa. An adult can weigh from 195–315 kilograms and grow to be 1–1.5 metres tall.

The Lion

The lion is a member of the family Felidae and one of four "big cats" in the genus Panthera. Reaching 272 kg (600 lb), it is the second-largest cat after the tiger.
